1, fire resistance
The fire resistance of high alumina bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks, reaching 1750 ~ 1790 °C, which is an advanced refractory material.
2 , Load softening temperature
The load softening temperature of high alumina brick is 1420 ~ 1520 ° C. The content of AL2O3 increases and the charge soft temperature increases. Because of the high content of Al2O3 in high alumina bricks, less impurity quality, the formation of less fusible glass phase, so the load softening temperature is higher.
3, slag resistance
The high alumina brick has more Al2O3, which is close to the neutral refractory material, and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag. Because it contains SiO2, the ability to resist alkaline slag is weaker than that of acid slag. The content of AL2O3 increases, the impurities decrease, and the slag resistance increases.
